The bronze monument to the wolf from the cartoon "Once upon a time there was a dog" was opened on October 5, 2005. The character from the cartoon was chosen as the most fully expressing the state of happiness. The author of the idea was the press Secretary of the construction company JSC "tomlesstroy" A. Zakharov, and the monument was cast at the expense of the same company. He was embodied in bronze, thanks to the sculptor Julia Zavyalova, caster Maxim Petrov and professional advice L. Usov.
